Why use signature response questions?
Signature response questions let you add a digital signature to a question in your template, confirming it's been reviewed or approved, not just checked off. This is useful for formal sign-offs, like a site supervisor confirming a safety inspection before a shift starts. Capturing a signature at the point of inspection creates a clear accountability trail, so you can always show who approved what, and when.
What you'll need
Published changes made to templates only apply to new inspections moving forward.
