Now that you have successfully rolled out Mitti to your team, it’s time to send some supplementary resources to assist them in case they get stuck at any point. As with any platform, there is a learning curve, so it's important for them to know where and how to request help.
Mitti Support Team
Our Mitti Support Team will be here to help you learn and find answers about Mitti. We have offices across the globe, including Kansas City, Manchester, Sydney, and Townsville. Our team is available for 24-hour support via email and live chat (mobile app, web app, and website) when needed.

Click on the lower-right corner of the page.
Click Ask a question to start a new chat, or go to Messages to continue an existing one.
Open the mobile app.
Tap Home at the bottom of your screen, then tap your user profile icon at the upper-right corner.
In the pop-up menu, select Live chat with support.
Tap Ask a question to start a new chat or tap Messages to continue an existing one.

Click on the lower-right corner of the page.

Email Mitti Support at support@mitti.com, and the team will respond as soon as they are available.
