What does this domain migration mean for my SSO setup?
Mitti is moving to its own authentication domain for SSO connections, replacing the previous legacy domain. This change standardizes SSO across Mitti and improves compatibility with features such as IdP-initiated login.
Impact on your SSO connection
If you already have SSO set up, your existing connection will continue to work and will not disrupt your users' login experience. However, it's best to contact our support team as soon as possible to assist with migrating your SSO domains, as the process takes only a few minutes.
If you're setting SSO up for the first time, simply use the new URLs provided in the setup flow.
If you're experiencing issues with an existing SSO connection, setting up a new connection using the new domain is recommended as a first troubleshooting step.
