Proxy- oder VPN-Einstellungen konfigurieren

Falls Ihr Netzwerk eine Proxy- oder VPN-Konfiguration erfordert, können Sie die Details mit Ihrer IT-Abteilung klären und diese auf den entsprechenden Geräten installieren. Sobald eine Proxy- oder VPN-Konfiguration auf einem mobilen Gerät installiert ist, nutzt die Mitti-App die Konfiguration des Geräts, um die erforderlichen Verbindungen zu unseren Servern herzustellen.

Wenn Sie HTTP-Proxys oder VPNs verwenden, muss die Konfiguration HTTP/2 unterstützen, damit Mitti ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Dies gilt nicht für TCP-Proxys oder VPNs.

Einige Proxys unterstützen HTTP/2 auf der Client-Seite, werden aber auf der Server-Seite auf HTTP/1.1 zurückgestuft. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass beide Seiten HTTP/2 unterstützen.

Android-Geräte

Bei Android-Geräten können sich die Anweisungen von Gerät zu Gerät unterscheiden. Schauen Sie also unbedingt in der Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Geräts oder in den Support-Artikeln nach, um die Einstellungen Proxy (opens in new tab) oder VPN (opens in new tab) zu konfigurieren.

iOS-Geräte

Auf iOS-Geräten können Sie die Proxy- oder VPN-Einstellungen über die App „Einstellungen“ konfigurieren. Die Mitti-App akzeptiert außerdem Proxy- oder VPN-Einstellungen, die über Konfigurationsprofile (opens in new tab) konfiguriert wurden.

Internet-Filterung verwalten

Wenn das Netzwerk Ihres Unternehmens ein Anwendungsfiltersystem wie beispielsweise Netbox Blue einsetzt und benutzerdefinierte SSL-Zertifikate für interne Verbindungen ausstellt, kann es erforderlich sein, Android- und iOS-Geräte so einzurichten, dass sie die von Ihrem Unternehmen signierten Zertifikate akzeptieren.

Wir unterstützen zwar Transport Layer Security (TLS) in vollem Umfang, weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass bei Internet-Filtersystemen lediglich die Überprüfung unterstützt wird, nicht jedoch die Beendigung von Verbindungen zur Mitti-App.

Wir nutzen eine Vielzahl von Domains und URLs zur Unterstützung der Web-App, der mobilen App und der damit verbundenen Dienste.

Falls Ihr Unternehmen den Netzwerkverkehr über eine Firewall oder eine Zulassungsliste filtert, fügen Sie die Mitti-Domains und -URLs zusätzlich zu Ihren bestehenden SafetyCulture-Einträgen hinzu und löschen Sie die SafetyCulture-Einträge nicht. Beide werden weiterhin unterstützt, während die Mitti-Web- und Mobil-Apps migriert werden. Das Löschen eines SafetyCulture-Eintrags kann dazu führen, dass QR-Codes, zuvor geteilte Berichtslinks und Einladungslinks nicht mehr funktionieren.
