Configurer les paramètres du proxy ou du VPN
Si votre réseau nécessite une configuration proxy ou VPN, vous pouvez confirmer les détails avec votre service informatique et l'installer sur les appareils concernés. Une fois qu'une configuration proxy ou VPN est installée sur un appareil mobile, l'application mobile Mitti utilise la configuration de l'appareil pour établir les connexions requises à nos serveurs.
Si vous disposez de proxys HTTP ou de VPN, la configuration doit prendre en charge HTTP/2 pour que Mitti fonctionne correctement. Cela ne s'applique pas aux proxys TCP ni aux VPN.
Certains proxys peuvent prendre en charge HTTP/2 du côté client mais rétrograder à HTTP/1.1 vers le côté serveur. Veuillez vous assurer que les deux côtés supportent HTTP/2.
Appareils Android
Pour les appareils Android, les instructions peuvent différer d'un appareil à l'autre. Consultez le manuel ou les articles de support technique de l'appareil concerné pour configurer les paramètres proxy (opens in new tab) ou VPN (opens in new tab).
Appareils iOS
Pour les appareils iOS, vous pouvez configurer les paramètres proxy ou VPN via l'application « Paramètres ». L'application mobile Mitti accepte également les paramètres proxy ou VPN qui sont configurés via les profils de configuration (opens in new tab).
Gérer le filtrage d'internet
Si le réseau de votre organisation emploie un système de filtrage des applications, tel que Netbox Blue, et qu'il crée des certificats SSL personnalisés pour les connexions internes, il peut être nécessaire d'autoriser les appareils Android et iOS à accepter les certificats signés par votre organisation.
Bien que nous soutenions pleinement Transport Layer Security, (TLS), veuillez noter que seule l'inspection est prise en charge pour les systèmes de filtrage d'Internet, et non la terminaison des connexions à l'application mobile Mitti.
Nous utilisons un large éventail de noms de domaine et d'URL pour prendre en charge l'application Web, l'application portable et les services associés.
Si votre organisation filtre le trafic réseau à l'aide d'un pare-feu ou d'une liste blanche, ajoutez les domaines et URL de Mitti aux entrées SafetyCulture existantes sans supprimer ces dernières. Les deux resteront prises en charge pendant la migration de l'application Web et de l'application portable Mitti, et la suppression d'une entrée SafetyCulture peut empêcher le fonctionnement des codes QR, des liens vers des rapports précédemment partagés et des liens d'invitation.

Tester votre connexion réseau
Pour vérifier si votre réseau autorise le trafic vers Mitti, ouvrez https://app.mitti.com/reachability-test (opens in new tab) dans un navigateur connecté au réseau que vous souhaitez tester. Vous pouvez effectuer ce test à tout moment, que votre organisation ait déjà effectué la transition ou non.
Si la réponse contient « ok » : true, cela signifie que votre réseau est connecté à Mitti. Si la page ne se charge pas, cela signifie que le trafic vers mitti.com ne parvient pas à passer depuis ce réseau. Vérifiez et ajoutez les domaines dont vous avez besoin à votre pare-feu.
