Pourquoi annoter les images lors des inspections ?
L'annotation des images lors des inspections aide les membres de l'équipe à comprendre le contexte qui sous-tend les observations des photos capturées et à traiter les observations qu'ils signalent. Le processus d'inspection est ainsi plus efficace, ce qui facilite l'établissement de rapports précis et une meilleure prise de décision. Cela peut également améliorer la sécurité et la conformité dans l'ensemble de vos opérations.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin
Vous ne pouvez annoter les images importées dans les questions qu'en utilisant le type de réponse « Annotation sur l'application Web.
Annoter une image
Select Modèles in the sidebar or in Plus.
Click Annoter on the question's upper-right.
In the pop-up window, annotate the image accordingly.
Click Terminé on the upper-right of the pop-up window.
Open the mobile app.
Tap Inspections in the navigation bar or select it from Plus.
Tap Fichier multimédia below the question response. You can also tap Ajouter un fichier multimédia to upload an image to a question using the "Media" response type.
Tap Prendre des photos and capture images using the camera. You can also tap at the left-hand corner of the camera screen to upload images from your mobile device.
Tap Suivant.
Select an image to annotate and tap Annoter at the lower-left corner of the screen.
Annotate the image accordingly and tap Terminé when you're done.
Open the mobile app.
Tap Inspections in the navigation bar or select it from Plus.
Tap Fichier multimédia below the question response. You can also tap Ajouter un fichier multimédia to upload an image to a question using the "Media" response type.
Tap Prendre une photo and capture images using the camera. You can also tap Photothèque and upload images from your mobile device.
Tap Suivant.
Select an image to annotate and tap Annoter at the lower-left corner of the screen.
Annotate the image accordingly and tap Terminé when you're done.
