Why did you discontinue support for the SafetyCulture Windows app?

On 10 December 2019, Microsoft ended support for the Windows 10 Mobile . As a result, we decided to cease support for the SafetyCulture Windows app and focus our efforts on the web, Android, and iOS platforms instead.

What are the differences between the SafetyCulture Windows app and the SafetyCulture web app?

Offline access is currently unsupported on the SafetyCulture web app, as it requires a consistent internet connection to function. However, we've introduced numerous new functionalities to the web app and the mobile app since the deprecation of the SafetyCulture Windows app to better support you as you seamlessly transition to these platforms.
