Bookmark or unbookmark templates

Learn how to bookmark and unbookmark templates via the web app and the mobile app in Mitti (by SafetyCulture) to quickly access the templates you use most.

Why bookmark templates?

Bookmarking templates is a great way to easily pin templates that you frequently use at the top of your list. Rather than looking for the template, you'll have it readily available whenever you want to conduct new inspections.

Your bookmarked templates are only visible to you and no one else in your organization.

Bookmark a template

  1. Log in to the web app (opens in new tab).

  2. Click Templates from the sidebar or in More.

  3. Click on the template's right-hand side and select Bookmark. The templates list with a template's Bookmark button visible.

You can only bookmark up to 20 templates. If you've reached the template bookmark limit, you can unbookmark existing templates to bookmark new ones.

Unbookmark a template

  1. Log in to the web app (opens in new tab).

  2. Click Templates from the sidebar or in More.

  3. Click on the template's right-hand side and select Unbookmark. The "Unbookmark" option in a template's More menu on the web app.
