You need to have "Platform management: Users" permission to manage another user's credentials.

View a credential's approval status

  1. Log in to the web app (opens in new tab).

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Credentials.

  3. Select the credential type.

  4. Select the credential.

  5. Click Details from the tab on the left-hand side of the page and view the approval status. The credential details page with its "Approval status" visible.
