What does the move to Mitti mean for my organization?

Mitti is the new name for the platform (opens in new tab) you know as SafetyCulture. The platform works the same way with all your data, logins, and permissions. We are changing the web addresses used to reach the Mitti platform, which are moving from safetyculture.com to mitti.com.

What do I need to do?

If your organization filters network traffic through a firewall or an allowlist, you will need to add the Mitti domains alongside your existing SafetyCulture entries. Do not remove any SafetyCulture entries.

If you have no firewall or allowlist, you can carry on as normal. The change happens in the background.

Organizations transition throughout 2026 and early 2027. Your email notification about the domain change will confirm your migration window and any cutover dates.

Test your network connection

To check whether your network allows traffic to Mitti, open https://app.mitti.com/reachability-test (opens in new tab) in a browser on the network you want to test. You can run this test at any time, whether or not your organization has transitioned yet.

If the response includes "ok":true, your network is reaching Mitti. If the page doesn't load, traffic to mitti.com isn't getting through from that network. Review and add the domains you need to your firewall.
