Can I share a chat with someone outside my organization?

No. You can only share a chat with users in your organization who have the permission. Sharing with anyone outside your organization isn't supported.

Can I turn off or delete a shared link?

A shared link stays active, and you cannot turn it off, delete it, or set an expiry date. Check what the chat contains before you share it.

Can recipients continue a shared agent chat?

No, a shared agent chat is view-only. Recipients can read the chat but cannot copy it to continue in a new chat.

Can recipients see information they don't have access to?

A shared chat shows the conversation as it took place, including the information the agent retrieved at the time. Recipients can read that information in the chat. However, the recipient cannot open items they do not have access to, such as inspections.

Why share agent chats?

Sharing an agent chat gives your teammates the full context behind a task. The shared chat is view-only and shows the whole conversation: each step the agent took and the result. Share a chat when a teammate needs to review the agent's work or understand how it reached that result.

Select the run you want to share and copy the link to share an agent chat.

Log in to the web app (opens in new tab).
Click Agents in the sidebar.
Select the agent that has the chat you want to share.
On the left-hand side of the page, select the chat you want to share from the Runs list.
Click on the upper-right of the chat.
In the pop-up window, click Shared to view the shareable link.
Click to copy the link. You'll see a confirmation that the link was copied.
Share the copied link with your team so they can view the chat.

A shared agent chat shows the conversation as it was at the time you shared it. Any messages sent after that point do not appear in the shared chat.
