How is Sign On priced?
Sign On is part of the Construction module. Workers, contractors, and visitors sign on when they arrive at one of your sites. They can sign on from a tablet at the gate or by scanning a QR code you have posted at the site entrance. Construction is included with your Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan, and Sign On is an optional add-on, charged as a flat fee for each site you run it at.
License pricing
You hold a license for each site you run Sign On at, and your licenses sit in a pool for your organization. Turning Sign On on at a site takes a license from the pool, and turning it off returns it. This means you can move Sign On between sites as projects start and finish, without buying a license each time.
Sign On runs on your existing subscription rather than on a contract of its own, so it renews when your plan renews. You can set it up at any time.
One license covers one site and includes up to 1,000 sign-ons a month. Every Sign On feature is included. A sign-on is one person, at one site, on one day. So someone who signs off for lunch and signs back on again counts once, and someone who visits two of your sites in a day counts once at each.
Region | Each license, each month | Each license, each year |
|---|---|---|
Australia | A$150 | A$1,500 |
United States | US$120 | US$1,200 |
United Kingdom | £90 | £900 |
Europe | €99 | €999 |
You purchase the add-on in the currency and on the billing cycle your organization already uses. If a site runs more than 1,000 sign-ons a month, contact our sales team and they will size it with you.
Monthly allowance
At 1,000 sign-ons a month, a license supports a team of roughly 45 to 50 people on site every working day. The allowance travels with the license rather than staying with the site.
Allowances are never combined. If one license is close to its 1,000, you cannot top it up from another license that has sign-ons to spare. Say you hold two licenses, one on a quiet site that has used 200 sign-ons this month and one on a busy site approaching 1,000. The busy site cannot draw on the quiet license's remaining 800.
Your organization can try Sign On free for 14 days via the web app, with no limit on how many sites you run it at and no limit on sign-ons.
