How is Sign On priced?

Sign On is part of the Construction module. Workers, contractors, and visitors sign on when they arrive at one of your sites. They can sign on from a tablet at the gate or by scanning a QR code you have posted at the site entrance. Construction is included with your Plan Premium o Plan Enterprise, and Sign On is an optional add-on, charged as a flat fee for each site you run it at.

Site pricing

One license covers one site for up to 1,000 sign-ons a month, and every Sign On feature is included. A sign-on is one person, at one site, on one day. So someone who signs off for lunch and back on again counts once, and someone who visits two of your sites in a day counts once at each.

You purchase the add-on in the currency and on the billing cycle your organization already uses. If a site runs more than 1,000 sign-ons a month, contact our sales team and they will size it with you.

Monthly allowance

At 1,000 sign-ons a month, a site supports a team of roughly 45 to 50 people on site every working day. Each site has its own allowance, and sites never pool or share an allowance between them. However, licenses can move between sites.

Your organization can try Sign On free for 14 days via the web app, with no limit on how many sites you run it at and no limit on sign-ons.

Site licenses

You hold a license for each site you run Sign On at, and your licenses sit in a pool for your organization. You can move Sign On between sites as projects start and finish, without buying a license each time.

Sign On runs on your existing subscription rather than on a contract of its own, so it renews when your plan renews. You can set it up at any time.
